Privacy notice
This notice covers the R1 public dashboard only (no email alerts). It will be updated before R1.1 (email alerts) launches.
What we collect
Public dashboard (R1): We do not collect any personal data when you view the dashboard. No login, no cookies, no tracking pixels.
We use Plausible Analytics for aggregate page view counts. Plausible does not use cookies, does not fingerprint browsers, and is GDPR-compliant by design. Individual visitors are not identified.
Email subscriptions (R1.1 — not yet live)
When email alerts launch, this notice will be updated to cover:
- What data is collected at subscription (email address, category preferences)
- How email addresses are stored (encrypted)
- How long data is retained
- How to unsubscribe and have your data deleted
- The legal basis for processing (GDPR Article 6(1)(a) — consent)
Data retention
Processing date history is retained indefinitely as a public record. No personal data is attached to processing date records.
Third-party services
The dashboard is hosted on Vercel (EU region). Plausible Analytics is self-contained and EU-hosted. No other third-party services receive personal data in R1.
