What we collect

Public dashboard: We do not collect any personal data when you view the dashboard. No login, no cookies, no tracking pixels.

Email subscriptions: When you subscribe, we collect your email address and your selected category preferences. Your email address is stored encrypted in our database and is never shared with third parties.

How we use your data

We use your email address only to send alerts when DETE publishes new processing dates for your selected categories. We do not send marketing emails or newsletters.

We use Resend to send alert emails. Resend is EU-hosted and GDPR-compliant.

Data retention and deletion

Processing date history is retained indefinitely as a public record. No personal data is attached to processing date records.

Unsubscribing removes your email address from future alerts immediately. To request deletion of your data, contact us at the address below.

Third-party services

The dashboard is hosted on Vercel (EU region, Frankfurt). Database is hosted on Neon (EU region). Email sending via Resend (EU region). No advertising or analytics third parties receive personal data.
